 The best I can get anywhere and anytime - just by being present with all my senses. What a pleasure - in the twilight afternoon outside, almost zero Celsius, damp cool freezing air - which is just in the harbor - snow. I cycled slowly - I enjoyed how in the twilight afternoon the wet asphalt looked so bright - how the darkness deepened the shadows and dark colors but also brightened and reduced other colors. I let the coolness come to my face and nose - just like it comes when freezing weather makes your cheeks red. Knowing that it also refreshes my mind. What an immense pleasure for half an hour - because I didn't rush but knew how to be present with all my senses

  Parasta mitä voin missä ja milloin vaan saada - olemalla vain kaikin aistein läsnä. Mikä nautinto - ulkona hämärtyvässä iltapäivässä lähes nolla Celciusta kostea viileä pakastuva ilma - joka on juuri ja juuri satamassa - lunta. Pyöräilin hiljalleen - nautin siitä kun hämärtyvässä iltapäivässä märkä asfaltti näytti niin kirkkaalta - kuinka hämärä syvensi varjot ja tummat värit mutta myös kirkasti ja pelkisti muut värit. Annoin viileyden tulla kasvoilleni ja nenääni - juuri niin kuin se tulee kun pakastuva sää saa posket punoittamaan. Tietäen että se raikastaa myös mieleni. Mikä suunnaton nautinto puolen tunnin ajan - siksi että en kiiruhtanut vaan osasin olla kaikin aistein läsnä. Parasta mitä voin missä ja milloin vaan saada - olemalla vain kaikin aistein läsnä.

 Tampereen kevytliikenne kaaokseen ratkaisu. Pyörille ja skuuteille katuverkosto liikennevaloineen kokonaan autoilta otettuna. Ja pyörillä ja skuuteilla ei saa ajaa muualla vilkkaimpina aikoina. Pyörää pitää silloin muualla taluttaa.  Skuuttiparkit vain noiden katujen varsille. Siitä se lähtee.
