People don't want to spend - because
1. The economy and politicians are not reliable, honest and productive in environmental matters
2. Because the economy and politicians continue to destroy nature and cause climate change
3. Because the economy and politicians constantly water down all environmental promises
4. Because the economy and politicians have caused an avalanche of climate change disasters that people are increasingly afraid of with the above-mentioned crap.
5. Because the economy and politicians are accumulating more and more wealth and economic power for fewer and fewer people - who - as has been seen - have nothing intelligent, wise and honest to contribute to any of the world's big problems. Not any.
6. Because people don't want - anymore - to reward the economy and politicians for all that DISHONESTY UNTIMELY SHIT - because by spending people would give their money to run that dishonest shit.
