Politics happens outside the workplace - that is why it is not enough to be socially responsible to do one's job.

Could the problem of Finland's weak development capacity, instead of a poor discussion culture, ultimately be this

- social responsibility evaders who avoid all political and social discussion

- who only care about their own comfort

- demand that society produce it for them

- yet fail to notice that all the best that exists in society comes from politics, including exports - without politics there would be no exports

- accuse politicians of being thieves when they themselves steal their social irresponsibility from society

- moralize and discriminate against people who discuss social issues

- do not tolerate any politics in numerous social media groups.

So - even people who just spout off attitudinal rants are more socially responsible than those who avoid social responsibility - because those who spout attitude are at least concerned about things, even though they don't know how to discuss and think about the procedure correctly.

Whereas those who avoid social responsibility who only demand their own comfort don't care about anything else.

And with their political moralism they weaken, prevent, demotivate and harm social responsibility - by condemning all political and socially responsible discussion.

And thereby weaken Finland's development capacity.

People who do not discuss and are not allowed to discuss social issues do not develop their country either.
