Finnish law should be amended so that - human dignity is above municipal status.

That a municipality that violates human dignity - even by its residents without the municipality intervening in it - loses its municipal status.

There are also two economic perspectives on the matter

1. The state should not finance violations of human dignity

2. On the other hand, violations of human dignity do not depend on money - but on the ethics and attitudes of the municipality and its residents.

I think this proposal of mine is thoroughly justified and, at least as a citizen, I see no obstacle to implementing the principle of human dignity above municipal status.

In other words - the municipality will be deprived of its democratic independent decision-making power if the municipality and/or its residents do not respect human dignity.

That is a tough sanction.

And it will certainly work.
