Fortunately, there are others in Europe who are not just holding back their breath in the face of changing world conditions.
The good thing about Trump is that he is looking for solutions - albeit in the style of an elephant in a china shop - while at the same time setting frozen dynamics in motion - and that is a good thing.
But then there is this group of European politicians who are holding back their breath from tension, who are not doing well - and you understand that when you tense up and hold your breath for a long time - you could probably call it a resilience blockage.
But fortunately there are those - and they appear when you have to - who do not block themselves but are looking for solutions. One is President Niinistö, who is busy with his old idea of Europe's own defense.
Now we still have to ask - are resilience-blocked politicians who are incapable of making decisions suitable in this time. Should we get more capable decision-makers to replace the decision-averse ones.
And damn it, suddenly the majority decision policy replaced the unanimity policy in the EU.
