The greatest power of diversity is that in its diverse networking it gives opportunity and place to everyone - so that nothing dominates or destroys it.

And that it stubbornly holds on to life - its awakening, growth, flowering, withering and death.

And its core is - the seed of a plant.

Which can - as the example of Death Valley shows - preserve life in itself for decades in inhospitable soil. And rise in an instant to flourish when conditions become favorable with rain.

The soil of the Earth and the essence of humanity hide within it the seeds of life - the life of nature and the flowering of individual life - waiting for favorable conditions to flourish.

The greatest influencing factors in nature and humanity are - the flexibility of functional diversity to give opportunity and a role to everything and everyone without dominating anything too much - and the ability of plant seeds to protect the basis of diversity - plant life - in their seed - for decades in completely unsustainable soil - until conditions change for it to burst forth into the flowering of life.

Therefore, everything that destroys, prevents, harms, violates diversity - both in nature and humanity - is undesirable.

Including the excessive dominance of technology and industry, the concentration of wealth in an increasingly few, and all kinds of elitism and all kinds of arrogant pride of people - which is also a clear obstacle to the flowering of diversity.
