When I think most prevailing emotion of Finnish people in whatever situation - that is seen on their face. It is indifference - or - emotionally dead indifference.

 This I say as a 70 years old whole my life except 2,5 years in Finland lived native Finnish citizen.

It is indifference - or - emotionally dead indifference.

Now the question is.

How can it be in country Finland - that has ranked eight times to be most happy country in the world.

Because people rather look like desperate unhappy and even emotionally dead than happy.
