Europe's biggest security policy problem is - that it uses its intelligence to avoid war - and not like Ukraine which successfully uses its intelligence - and its smart people - to defeat Russia.

That is why Europe lacks the credible deterrent of a conventional war's sure winner against Russia.

These European leaders are of the "How did I get into this situation - how can I get out of this without tarnishing my hands and reputation".

And their own reputation is tarnished in the pages of history every day - with a marginal note - loser.

Especially when Europe does not let Russia do its tricks so that it is really felt.

Europe is probably too civilized to hit Russia on the nails with the roughness - that functional and convincing communication with Russia at the level of achieving understanding requires.

Russia and its leadership are uncivilized and rude - you have to communicate with them like that.

Just make it so that it feels like it. For example, just thoroughly beat up that barbaric Lavrov in public.
